Level 3 Award and Level 4 Certificate in Education and training (CET).
1. AIM Qualifications West Midlands Level 3 Award in Education and Training, introduces teaching and explores roles and responsibilities associated with the teaching role. It covers the planning and delivering of sessions including engaging and motivating learners within a learning environment. It explores the different assessment methods and the need for record keeping.
2. AIM Qualifications West Midlands Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training prepares trainee teachers to teach in a wide range of contexts. It develops practical teaching skills and, through optional units, prepares teachers and trainers to work in a wide range of contexts.
- Prepare learners to progress to a qualification in the same subject area but at a higher level or requiring more specific knowledge, skills and understanding;
- Prepare learners for employment;

Assessor Qualifications
- Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment
